CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE (without oven) INGREDIENTS : 1½cup All purpose flour ½cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) or MILO 1tsp. Baking powder ½tsp. Salt 1Cup Sugar 2pc. Egg (Large) ⅓cup Oil ¾cup Milk (Evap or Fresh) 1tsp. Vanilla Extract 1tsp. Instant Coffee ½cup. Hot Water PROCEDURE 1. sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add sugar,  Mix Well 2. Then add oil, vanilla extract, egg and milk. Mix well. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water. Then pour to the cake mixture while stirring. Mix well until smooth. 3. Apply the Butter to the baking pan lined and pour the batter into the pan. Then Cover it . Steam for 40-45mins in mediun-Low Heat. 4. After 45mins. do toothpick test.
