Get readymade Dosa batter and make this quick time Masala Dosa. Quick recipes are in this season.
Ingredients:
Oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (Rai ke daane)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
A pinch of asafoetida (Hing Powder)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 chopped green chilli
2-3 boiled potatoes
1 chopped onion julians
Salt
Green curry leaves
A pinch of sugar
Serve with variety of Coconut Chutney, Tomato Chutney and Sambhar

Method:
FIrst we make masala
Heat up a pan
Drizzle 2 tsp oil
Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, wait for it to cracle
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera)
Add a pinch of asafoetida (Hing powder)
Add 1 chopped green chilli
mix everything
Add 1 chopped onion julians
Add some salt per taste, it will air onions to cook faster
Add few green curry leaves
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Mix well
Add a little water
And add boiled 2-3 potatoes
Mix gently
Garnish some coriander leaves
Keep stuffing allowed
Take ready dosa batter, make it slightly watery by adding some water
To make crispy dosa, add a pinch of sugar in batter
Add some salt
Please use non-stick pan, heat it up
Drizzle few drops of oil on the pan and spread oil on the pan with onion and then wipe it off with tissue paper
Spread the batter on pan, and keep pan on slow flame
Apply oil on the border of dosa
As it gets ready fill potato stuffing inbetween
Fold dosa and let it continue to cook while pressing
Dosa is ready
Serve Masala Dosa with Chutney and Sambhar
