Chutney Paneer Kebabs
Made from all available ingredients at home and Paneer.. this Chutney Paneer Kebabs are perfect for monsoon. Ingredients : 1 bunch of Coriander with stems (Dhaniya) 1/2 bunch of Fresh Mint leaves (Pudina) 2 green chillies chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped A big piece of ginger 1 lemon juice Salt 1/2 tsp water Chutney is ready Next is marination for paneer 2-3 tbs curd 1 tbs oil 1 tbs milk powder (optional) to get creamy texture and keep paneer smooth 3-4 tbsp Mint Pudina Chutney Salt Crushed Pepper 300 gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese) in cubes (You can make paneer at home, recipe available on my channel) Leave it for 30 minutes Water soaked wooden skewers Stick Paneer, Onion, Bell peppers in the skewers Time to cook kebabs Can grill on barbeque or grill pan or normal pan 2 tsp oil Drizzle some more chutney on kebabs Place kebabs on pan at medium to high flame Cook from all the sides Drizzle some more oil on kebab before flipping Take out Chutney Paneer Kebab You can make chutney chicken kebab but have to marinate for 2-3 hours Chat Masala Black Pepper Sever Chutney Paneer Platter with finely chopped salad Coriander Leave Method: First we make coriander mint chutney In a mixie, take coriander leaves with stems Mint Leavess quantity should be half of Coriander leaves quantity Add 2 green chillies and 2 garlic cloves chopped Add 1 big piece of ginger chopped & 1 full lemon juice Add some salt Add 1/2 tsp water and churn in mixie Chutney is ready Time to prepare marination Take 2-3 tbs curd in a mixing bowl Add 1 tbs oil 1 tbs milk powder is optional but will help give creamy texture on paneer and keeping it smooth texture Add 3-4 tbsp chutney into the mix Add some more salt as we have added curd, milk powder and will be dipping paneer Add some black pepper to enhance flavor Mix everything Add paneer cubes 300 gram mix well leave paneer in marination for half an hour minimum Take water soaked wooden skewers Stick Paneer, Onion, Bell peppers in the skewers Time to cook kebabs In a pan take 2 tsp oil On the kebab skewers drizzle some more chutney Place kebabs on pan at medium to high flame Cook from all the sides Drizzle some more oil on kebab before flipping Take out Chutney Paneer Kebab You can make chutney chicken kebab but have to marinate for 2-3 hours Sprinkle Chat masala & Black Pepper on top Serve with finely chopped salad
